Your Impact as a Senior Enterprise Sales Development Representative 

  • Collaborate with VP & Director of Sales on ContactMonkey’s outbound playbook (A/B testing outbound cadences and personalized, targeted email campaigns) 
  • Creating new disruptive and creative outreach  strategies to stand out,  leveraging a multi-channel approach against 3+ more ICP contacts (Linkedin, Email, Video, Cold Calls, Gifting) 
  • Executing Account Based Strategy playbook to convert Enterprise Accounts (5K DL and above)
  • Meet KPIS and generate 6 Sales Qualified Opportunities monthly 
  • Contact and qualify prospects through cold calls, emails, and discovery meetings, with the goal of booking qualified demos for the Senior Account Executives
  • Developing strategies to maximize your success and collaborate with Senior Account Executives, Product and Marketing

About you

  • 6+ Months of BDR/SDR experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets
  • Relentless grit & drive – demonstrated persistent nature and experience overcoming objections. 
  • An honest and thoughtful communication approach that inspires confidence and builds enthusiasm
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organization skills & attention to detail
  • Self starter and someone who welcomes feedback

  • Proficient in Salesforce, Salesloft, Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo
