A Senior Enterprise Onboarding Manager is responsible for managing our largest implementations in the Enterprise market and delivering an exceptional customer experience during the process. This role will be responsible for further building out our Strategic Enterprise implementation offerings based on the needs of our customers, and will need to develop strong relationships with the Sales, Customer Success, Partner, and Product teams to do so. 

What you will do:

  • Own project implementation for simultaneous Tier 1 & 2 customer engagements to contract specifications, within time to value and delivery goals
  • Become a product expert; effectively communicate Bynder services and product value proposition to customers
  • Actively manage customer workshops and provide consultative value on calls 
  • Support the full customer lifecycle for strategic and enterprise customers; join calls with prospects to present on our Enterprise onboarding approach, review and write custom Statements of Work, and document/share knowledge regarding these customers with the greater organization
  • Work cross-functionally with the Sales team, Product team, Customer Success team and Partner team to align on strategies to ensure an exceptional customer experience in the Enterprise market
  • Take initiative to support and add value to adjacent teams as a product and process expert
  • Identify and lead Onboarding and cross-team initiatives that will improve the client experience, increase retention, increase efficiency, and/or decrease costs
  • Drive process improvements to streamline work and provide a higher value to our customers
  • On occasion, present internally within the company as an SME on implementation and industry related topics 
  • Act as mentor and trainer to newer team members or those in junior level positions, including participating in Bynder Buddy program and presenting at Bynder Academy 
  • Be an evangelist of Bynder to our customers!

What you bring:

  • 8+ years of experience with enterprise marketing technologies
  • Certifications in Digital Asset Management DAM or Masters in Information and Library Science (MILS) preferred
  • “Deliver plus one” mindset and approach where we can only succeed with happy and healthy customers and we have strong customer advocacy throughout the customer base
  • Exceptional business acumen with strategic thinking, problem solving, and thought process to understand business situations and make sound decisions
  • Excitement for constantly building something new (ambiguity does not scare you!)
  • Strong project management skills
  • Team focused; our culture emphasizes support and accountability
  • Demonstrated leadership within a team and cross-functionally
  • Uncompromising attention to detail, excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to thrive independently, but know when to ask for help
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Innate ability to get things done
