About the Team:
As a Software Development Team Lead at Noibu, you will be responsible for managing a team of 2-5 senior developers across the full stack. You will lead a stream-aligned squad from ideation to completion, ensuring the team consistently delivers high-quality, scalable solutions that align with business goals and meet deadlines.
What you've done:
- You are an exceptional engineer
- Successfully led software development teams, providing feedback, mentorship, and support to individual developers.
- Demonstrated exceptional project management skills, delivering complex products on time and meeting specified requirements.
- Correlated team performance with business success, focusing on retention, customer acquisition, and other key business metrics.
- Tracked velocity with metrics like DORA to measure team and individual success.
- Delivered high-quality code in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Helped define and shape the direction of development teams.
- Have worked in teams where design, product and engineering work closely together.

Who You Are:
- An engineering team lead with 3-5 years of experience
- Has previously had at least 8 years of experience being an Engineering IC.
- A strong full-stack or backend developer, able to write code and guide your team through challenges
- Have a player-coach mentality, able to dive into the code and manage their team
- An exceptional project manager who has delivered difficult products on time and within scope.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and familiar with SaaS metrics and modern development practices.
- A flexible leader who can wear multiple hats as needed to help the team succeed.
- A leader who is comfortable and prefers working on teams where collaboration between design and product is high.
