On the Rider team, we are growing our team with people who want to enrich the lives of our community through technology. You'll collaborate with highly cross-functional teams such as Product, Design, Data science, and Analytics, as well as other organizations like Driver, Partners, and Marketplace, to deliver on that promise. As the Senior Engineering Manager for the Rider Segments group, you will lead multiple managers and Staff ICs with end-to-end teams, consisting of iOS, Android, and Server, to unlock specific Rider use cases (e.g., Commute) and various Rider segments. It is your responsibility to sweat the details by being customer-obsessed with specific Rider needs and to build innovative product solutions to address them.

This role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule — Team Members will be expected to work in the office 3 days per week on Mondays, Thursdays and a team-specific third day. Additionally, hybrid roles have the flexibility to work from anywhere for up to 4 weeks per year.
The expected range of pay for this position in the San Francisco area is $200,000 - $250,000. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits.
