The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team is part of Payment Product Development (PPD) Technology team of Visa and is responsible for B2B Service CRM. This team works closely with business owners of these services to deliver industry leading packaged software and customer developed solutions. Team’s responsibility includes managing system requirements, design, development, integration, quality assurance, implementation and maintenance of corporate applications. 

The CLM Senior Delivery Manager is a multifaceted role that combines project management, delivery management and systems analysis responsibilities. The CLM Senior Delivery Manager embodies strategic thinking with tactical execution and is responsible for project delivery, service delivery, operational excellence, people management, vendor management, requirements management and business relationship management. This role will be based in our Poland office. The successful candidate will bring extensive experience in developing Contract Lifeycle management (CLM) technical solutions and will lead the CLM team.  

Responsibilities:  

  • Provide management, technical leadership and mentoring of team members reporting from local and non-local regions. 

  • Support the workforce plan. 

  • Foster business partnerships, develop trust with business partners and stakeholders, understand business needs particularly within the context of Visa's core business, and seek to enable their business success 

  • Responsible for the B2B CRM Technology program and project initiation and execution including: 

  • Requirements management inclusive of partnering with business stakeholders to obtain and understand requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, analyze options and designs for customer experience. 

  • Creation of project specific Conceptual Approach (CA) that analyzes and defines potential solution architectures and provides product recommendations as/if appropriate.  

  • Timeline creation and obtaining resource commitments from various business and technical project stakeholders. 

  • Financial planning inclusive of the creation of conceptual estimates, identifying labor costs by obtaining project specific sizing estimates from various technical project stakeholders, and identifying vendor costs (e.g., pro fees, licenses costs, hardware, and maintenance). 

  • Identifying project specific assumptions, milestones, deliverables, risks and dependencies and procuring/ obtaining supporting data such as quantitative benefits. 

  • Vendor management inclusive of systems integrator and product vendor management. 

  • Responsible for the team’s agile end-to-end development process within the construct of DevOps practices and methodology. 

  • Responsible for managing the Front Door process and the timely delivery of project sizing requests that enter the front door. 

  • Actively collaborate with all stakeholders including dependent technology and Business teams worldwide in various time zones to fulfill the above responsibilities. 

  • Identify and utilize best practices in the industry to maximize efficient and elegant solutions while minimizing cost. 

  • All aspects of team management including performance management, work life balance, career growth, provide regular coaching to the team. 

  • Align with function leadership on Goals, OKR’s and key metrics to ensure CRM function is successful. 

  • Own critical Visa applications/services necessitating in coordination with teams in different time zones, including during non-standard hours as necessary. 

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Basic Qualifications

  • 8+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelors degree, OR 11+ years of relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science or MIS, or equivalent.
  • Overall 13+ years of experience in implementing Icertis Contract Lifecycle management and CRM technology projects.
  • At least 6 years of experience in a management role.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage highly skilled technology teams.
  • Experience with managing vendor relationships.
  • Extensive knowledge of risk assessment and management including the recommendation of risk mitigation strategies.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and work horizontally throughout a complex organization.
  • Creative thinking and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Process oriented and able to work independently with very minimal supervision.
  • Excellent analytical and technical skills.
  • Demonstrated architecture/engineering experiences in several technical areas including, but not limited to CLM and CRM areas.
  • Working knowledge of Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) concepts and solutions.
  • Experience in agile methodology is required.
