Conduct daily reliability test data analysis and reporting, including failure analysis (FA) for abnormal data
Study and optimize test criteria based on product design
Oversee machine/tooling buy-off, standardization, tool maintenance, and spare parts management.
Tool optimization and new tool preparation to meet new product/technology requirements.
Collaborate with the worldwide team to ensure consistent testing correlation
Support other function teams for key projects.
Manage Tool capacity
Maintain proper documentation of work processes and procedures
Communicate timely and effectively with relevant stakeholders
Coach and guide technicians.
