WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Participate in requirements analysisCollaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architectureTest and deploy applications and systemsRevise, update, refactor and debug codeAbility to start a program from scratch as well as maintain existing servicesDevelop documentation throughout the software development life cycleServe as an expert on applications and provide technical supportFollow the true agile principles
WHAT YOU BRING
5-7 years of experience in Java/J2EE .
Hands on experience with Java based technologies, Spring, Hibernate, Microservices preferred, Containerization, CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery),
Experience in increasing levels of responsibility managing applications development, solution design and delivery, and process improvement.
Bachelor’s degree in computers or an equivalent experienceExcellent communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with other teams across the
organization.
Ability to work effectively and achieve results across functional areas in a work environment with a high rate of change knowledge of Groovy on Grails preferred.
If required for this role, you will:
- Complete security & privacy literacy and awareness training during onboarding and annually thereafter
- Review (initially and annually thereafter), understand, and adhere to Information Security/Privacy Policies and Procedures such as (but not limited to):
> Data Classification, Retention & Handling Policy
> Incident Response Policy/Procedures
> Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery Policy/Procedures
> Mobile Device Policy
> Account Management Policy
> Access Control Policy
> Personnel Security Policy
> Privacy Policy
