ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To Support CD SEM tools for HAMR product
- To develop and implement the new technology to meet the new customer requirement.
- To improve the yield, product quality and cycle time.
- To setup the monitoring system, OCAP, and improvement plan for the process control.
- To provide the proper training for the technicians.
- To improve the operating cost, in term of reduce consumption, qualify the new materials, and/or new suppliers.
- To conduct and lead the meeting on any customer issues, manufacturing issues and supplier issues.
- To finalize and summarize the conclusion on any process issues, evaluations and experiments.
- To supervise engineers, technicians and engineering operators on personnel, operation discipline and regulation performing within appropriate procedures of department and company established.
- To perform the job per the assignment.
- To sustain and solve the trouble shooting in the manufacturing operation.
- Ensure commonality/standardization among same processes/system within related manufacturing sites
REQUIRED:
- Bachelor Degree or higher in Engineering; Electronics, Mechanical, Science; Physics
- At least 2 years of experience related position
PREFERRED:
- Experience in the HDD; especially Slider Fab Process is Advantage.
- Experience in Metrology tools (SEM) is Advantage.
SKILLS:
- Experience programing Software, Python, Matlab, SQL or Image Processing
- Good communication in English
