To follow top management instruction and plan / Execute the jobs accordingly. In additional to that Ensure the Equipment availability on allotted Sections in the plant by following proper preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance and spares maintenance.
Follow up 52Weeks Preventive maintenance planner.
Executing Condition monitoring plan.
Executing Greasing schedule for all required equipment’s.
Execute the preventive maintenance jobs and to be Recorded on log book on daily basis.
All critical major equipment’s ensure special care in place.
Solving day to day Problems in plant operation.
All required spares to be listed out and give to concern for making procurement process.
Stoppage Analysis to be carried out for day to day equipment breakdowns and action plan to be made to overcome the same in the future.
Bottleneck in their particular section to be identified and elevated to their top management on timely basis.
Ensure compliance of all electrical equipment in accordance with DCP/local safety regulations.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Head, Electrical Maintenance.
Oversee technical staffs in the performance of their duties and provide expertise as required.
Enforce accident prevention and occupational health work procedures and regulations.
Ensure safekeeping of materials, tools, and equipment.
Requirements
Bachelor’s / HND degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
Minimum of Nine (9) years of post-qualification experience.
Good knowledge of cement products and cement manufacturing processes
