Senior Enablement Consultant

This role sits within our Sales and Service Enablement Team reporting to the Enablement Manager. You will be primarily responsible for the design, delivery and management of end to end large scale training programs within Sales, Service & across the business.

Key responsibilities

  • Work with the 'Go To Market' team in the planning and delivery of enablement to equip our frontline teams on new product initiatives or iterations to our current products
  • Work with the ‘Growth’ team to scope, design and deliver initiatives that are marked as a priority for the S&S function or that have an impact for our customers
  • Demonstrate a keen understanding of learner needs and translate these insights into effective, tailored training programs that drive engagement and knowledge retention
  • Be able to prioritise and delegate work accordingly to peers within the enablement team to facilitate a wholistic training approach
  • Scheduling, facilitation and delivery of training
  • Any other projects/programs as required by the business.
  • Ability to manage various streams of work simultaneously
  • Experience working in a cross functional team environment
  • Ability to formulate, present and deliver training plans/programs of work
  • Ability to build effective relationships with both end-users, business stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Preferably cert IV in Training & Assessment or a cert in Project Management, but not essential.
