About the Position

As a Senior Embedded Engineer on our team, you will work closely with the co-founders on porting and optimizing algorithms for our new processor. 

Responsibilities/Tasks:

• Short-term: Providing feedback to the hardware team from a software and application perspective (influence processor architecture)
• Mid-term: Implementation of algorithms for benchmarking purposes during the development phase
• Long-term: Implementation of customer applications and demos (customer interface), continuous feedback for hardware development 

Qualifications & Experience

• The ability to port and optimize algorithms for a new processor
• Min 5 years of experience in a hardware and software design
• Strong understanding of hardware / processor design
• Experience with DSP Tools (C/C++, MATLAB) 
• Experience writing assembly code 
• Experience with AI algorithms (LLMs, YOLO etc.) - preferred 
• Experience with AI frameworks or runtimes (CUDA, PyTorch, Tensorflow, ONNX) - preferred 
• Experience with DSP algorithms (FFT, DCT, including addressing modes incl. Butterfly etc.) - highly beneficial
