We need an experienced developer with advanced problem-solving skills to take on an OpenWRT project that embeds encryption and other IP packet data management within the eBPF/XDP Linux kernel space. This is a short-term and immediate project to enhance and extend an existing cloud communications code base
Requirements
• Proficiency in the C programming language, OpenWRT, WireGuard, eBPF, XDP and IP packet protocols.
• Proven commercial experience working in the Linux kernel at both AWS and OpenWRT routers.
• Working knowledge of symmetric and public key encryption, key management and certificates a plus.
• Proven experience in API development for SQL and applications interfaces.
• Experience in system software development through a stable and deployable SaaS solution.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to produce comprehensive documentation at the technical level.
