Are you ready to rise to the challenge?

As a Senior Electronics Engineer, you won't just design products — you'll be shaping the future of home heating solutions. From heat pumps to cutting-edge cooling devices, you'll be at the forefront of developing a full ecosystem of sustainable energy solutions. If you're driven by the challenge of combating climate change and thrive in a hands-on, innovative environment, this role is for you.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the development, execution, and delivery of electronic components for our revolutionary home heating systems.

  • Be accountable for steering the full-cycle development with third-party manufacturers of our electronic components, from concept to end-of-life.

  • Accountable for our IoT roadmap, ensuring proper selection of Cellular and WiFi technologies, among others.

  • Ensure that design principles for IoT solutions are adhered to, including measures to reduce noise and interference. These measures encompass proper grounding, strategic component placement, maintaining signal integrity, employing shielding techniques, designing robust power supplies, among other design choices.

  • Develop system-level requirements and key component selection for electric/electronic systems.

  • Challenge design decisions from suppliers and ensure worst-case analyses are conducted during the development phases.

  • Collaborate closely with software embedded and mechanical engineers to achieve integrated and optimized system designs.

  • Create electrical design validation plans with component/system suppliers.

  • Support prototype builds as well as volume production startup.

  • Ensure designs meet high-volume PCBA quality standards.

  • Lead and guide compliance to European standards from prototype phases (e.g., Radio Equipment Directive).

  • Aid in the design of electrical verification testers and end-of-line testers.

  • Support hardware root cause analysis for problems in the field.

  • Be accountable for the documentation and release process for all electronic equipment.

  • Support the project manager in tracking project targets with respect to timeline and budget.
