Job Title: Senior Electronic Engineer

Job Location: Taiwan, PingZheng town, Tao Yuen City

Job Summary: 

Exo-Imaging is seeking a team member of highly energetic Asia operations team report to testing manager in headquarter to managing testing related issues in our contract manufacturers in Taiwan and worldwide. You will be working as a team with testing team in both headquarter and subcontractor to manage overall testing platform including trouble shooting, test yield analysis, testing time improvement for our multimillion revenue products.

Job Responsibilities (but not limited to): 

1. Experience in Surface Mount Technologies (SMT)
   1. Hands on Experience trouble shoot issues in SMT processes.
   2. Ability to Read Schematic and Layout files
   3. Ability to conduct failure analysis on PCBA related problems.
   4. Prior experience in National Instruments TestStand/LabView is a plus
   5. Hands on Experience using Scope, Power Supplies, Waveform Generators, etc

1. Ability to Read and understand Schematic and Layout files of high density PCBA designs.
2. Ability to conduct failure analysis on Subsystem related problems using Automated Test Equipment (ATE) or Bench Setups.
3. Prior experience in National Instruments TestStand/LabView is a plus.
4. Hands on Experience using Scope, Power Supplies, Waveform Generators, etc
5. Experience in Test system Qualification and Validation techniques including IQ (Installation Qualification), OQ (Operational Qualification), PQ (Process Qualification), Gage R&R (Repeatability and Reproducibility), Process Capability and TMV (Test Method Validation) is a plus.
6. Prior experience in Python scripting is a plus.
7. Work on Test Time Improvement projects

Education/Experience Requirements:

 Degree/MS degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in electronics, manufacturing, testing, testing hardware in high volume manufacturing environment. Medical device development experience highly desirable. 

Other Requirements (Travel, etc.):

15% travel to US headquarter

Proven ability to build and inspire engineering teams in a high paced environment.  Cross functional management experience required

Fluent speaking of Chinese and English is a  plus.
