**Responsibilities:**
- Work independently at an advanced level, completing a variety of assignments using advanced engineering theories, techniques, and practices.
- Support business development activities by maintaining an updated personal profile and resume, and building positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and contractors.
- Develop discipline execution strategies, estimate costs, write proposal content, and present to customers.
- Communicate team resource loading and skill requirements, ensuring project coverage during absences, mentoring, and delivering training.
- Resolve inter-discipline, vendor, and customer issues while ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental, and security requirements.
- Ensure adherence to engineering and design practices, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications.
- Support standardization of equipment specifications, drawings, and document templates.
- Participate in project execution strategy and planning, ensuring project success through innovative solutions and technology advances.
- Prepare engineering studies, analyses, calculations, and final documentation, incorporating customer feedback and seeking approval.
**Requirements:**
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 6 to 9 years of experience in electrical systems design and engineering.
- Proficiency in CANECO and ETAP software.
- Strong technical knowledge in low, medium, and high voltage systems.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to lead small projects and mentor junior engineers.
