This role will be based remotely in Singapore.
Candidate Qualifications
- 12+ years of career experience in services for software companies, SaaS preferred, including 5+ years in professional services leadership
- Familiarity with enterprise-scale software architectures, application development methodologies, and deployment/operational considerations
- University degree or relevant work experience
- At ease operating in a dynamic, fast growing business, able to be self-sufficient with a can-do attitude and ready to make yourself accountable
- Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced, changing environment with limited data
- Successful track record owning a revenue quota, additional experience leading services sales efforts preferred
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with direct responsibility for managing and developing leaders; demonstrated history of delivering high quality results as manager of managers
- Demonstrated capability to establish meaningful relationships with customers, hold customers accountable, manage customer expectations and escalations effectively
- Demonstrated ability to maintain relationships and alignment with other internal teams and stakeholders, especially Sales and Customer Success
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, along with strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Comfortable traveling for work as needed
Position Expectations
Accountable for the APAC services revenue targets, while holding self and MongoDB to a high standard of customer experience
- Lead an organization responsible for deliberate and material influencing of customer consumption rates
- Establish and maintain a culture of mutual accountability between PS and customers
- Partner with other field teams (Sales, Customer Success, Support, Pre-Sales) for continuous improvement of our customer engagement methodologies
- Support MongoDB teams in the management of risk throughout the engagement lifecycle
- Responsible for developing the capabilities and maturity of the leaders on your team
- Ensure healthy relationships with the MongoDB delivery ecosystem in your region (BSIs, sub- partners, remote delivery center, training, etc.) to maintain complementary delivery capacity, and with global system integrators for delivery of large engagements
- Owner of all delivery assets, tools, capabilities, systems, processes and playbooks
- Proactively maintain a robust recruiting pipeline, attracting the highest quality talent in the industry to support excellence and rapid growth
- Collaborating with other functions across the region as a key partner to services strategy development and execution

- Meaningfully and deliberately drive consumption in our customers through high-quality services engagements
- Identify and manage leading indicators that indicate deliberate behaviors that help to accelerate customer consumption
