Job Description

As a Senior Director- product Strategy on the Product team at Money Movement Solutions, you will be responsible for leading and executing strategic planning & product strategy  across the Product portfolio. This role is responsible for delivering the product strategy for the Money Movemnet product organization’s vsision of the future and helping drive it towards fruition.   

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Develop and implement a cohesive strategic plan across the MMS product  to achieve business objectives.
  • Identify growth opportunities, assess market trends, and recommend strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Oversee and optimize operational processes and procedures to ensure efficiency, productivity & cost-effectiveness.
  • Responsible to build the 5 year product strategy and outlook plan for Money Movement solutioning
  • Translates broad strategies into specific objectives and action plans, aligning efforts with key stakeholders.
  • Consult with leaders across the company to make highly-informed and strategic plans and decisions aligned to the Money Movement Strategy.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Basic Qualifications
12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 10 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters/MBA /JD/MD), or a minimum of 5 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications
15 or more years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 12 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, or MD), PhD with 9+ years of experience

•Proven track record of successfully leading and executing strategic initiatives that drive growth and profitability.
•Strong analytical skills and ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
•Strong leadership skills, with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
•Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple competing priorities.
