Position Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Director of Marketing Content with a proven track record in driving brand, product, and growth marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in fast-paced environments, particularly within startups, and a deep understanding of B2B marketing, SEO, and content automation. This role is designed for a strategic leader who thrives on building content frameworks that drive demand, foster engagement, and align with overarching business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead brand and product marketing efforts, including repositioning campaigns that enhance visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Design and execute comprehensive demand generation campaigns, growing subscriber bases and driving high engagement across channels.
  • Utilize AI and content atomization strategies to maximize budget efficiency and content delivery.
  • Oversee the development of technical thought leadership content, leveraging industry insights to establish the company as a leader in key verticals such as process intelligence and vulnerability management.
  • Manage and streamline content production pipelines, ensuring cross-team collaboration and timely delivery of marketing assets.
  • Spearhead B2B marketing campaigns, leveraging SEO, SEM, and zero-click strategies to significantly boost social media click rates.
  • Provide strategic leadership for C-suite communications, ghostwriting, and managing internal messaging for key executives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in senior marketing roles, particularly in startup environments or during critical growth phases.
  • Expertise in B2B marketing strategy, content creation, and campaign management.
  • Strong background in SEO, SEM, and digital content repurposing strategies.
  • Exceptional communication skills with experience ghostwriting for executive leaders.
  • Demonstrated success in leading high-performing marketing teams and executing multi-channel campaigns.
  • Experience using AI tools to optimize content production and improve asset delivery efficiency.
  • Ability to create and manage Go-to-Market (GTM) campaigns, working closely with product marketing and leadership teams.

Requirements

  • Proficient in using AI tools for marketing automation and content atomization.
  • Expertise in managing and improving digital engagement through A/B testing and data analysis.
  • Versed in GenAI Marketing and Communication tools.
  • Familiarity with public relations and communications strategies that drive brand awareness and thought leadership.
  • Strong understanding of change management and internal buy-in strategies for new campaign launches.


Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
