Senior Director of Digital Experience & Growth

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a dynamic and innovative Sr. Director of Digital Marketing and Web Strategy to lead our digital marketing and web teams, driving our online presence to new heights. What you’ll do:

  • Lead and manage the digital marketing team, including paid advertising, SEO, SEM, and web strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns, focusing on paid social, display advertising, and SEM, with a strong emphasis on ROI.
  • Oversee the integration of SEO and SEM strategies, ensuring cohesive execution across all digital channels.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Marketing Managers (PMMs), Campaign Architects and Field marketers to ensure web designs are both functional and aligned with the brand’s aesthetic vision.
  • Present confidently to executive leadership
  • Manage vendor relationships, ensuring efficient execution of campaigns and effective use of resources.
  • Utilize Marketo for email marketing campaigns, optimizing for engagement and conversion.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, using data to continuously improve and refine strategies using proven A/B testing
  • Guide the team in problem-solving and decision-making, providing direction while encouraging independent thinking.
  • Provide strategic direction for the Web, Email, and Paid Digital.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience: 10+ years in digital marketing, with a proven track record in B2B environments. You know how to lead teams and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies. Must have experience with Adobe Experience Manager and (AEM) and Marketo
  • Skills: Strong in paid social, display, SEM, SEO, and email marketing (especially with Marketo). You understand the interplay between these channels and how to make them work together.
  • Mindset: Data-driven, analytical, and results-oriented. You’re comfortable making decisions based on data and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaboration: A team player who can work across departments and manage vendor relationships effectively.
  • Vision: You have a strong perspective on web design and understand how to create user experiences that are both beautiful and functional.
The minimum and maximum base salaries for this role are posted below; additionally, the role is eligible for bonus potential, equity and benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the role based on U.S. location. Within the range, the salary offered will be determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

$208,000$312,000 USD
