Senior Director of Business Operations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily business operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve performance metrics.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts within the organization to enhance operational capabilities.
  • Manage and mentor operational teams, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
  • Utilize data and analytics to inform decision-making and guide strategic planning.
  • Establish performance metrics to measure the efficiency of operations and operational KPIs.
  • Communicate operational strategies and results to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in operations management or business process improvement.
  • Strong operational and strategic planning background with demonstrated results.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in managing diverse teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and drive them to completion.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, suitable for engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
