Senior Director of Business Development

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Lead contract negotiations and partnership agreements to secure favorable terms and conditions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.
  • Monitor industry developments and market dynamics to inform strategic direction and opportunity identification.
  • Provide mentorship and leadership to the business development team to foster a high-performance culture.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in business development or sales, with a focus on the real estate or construction industries.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in generating revenue and establishing key partnerships.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of an organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support business development initiatives.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
