About the Role
The Sr Director - Finance position will lead a team of associates and report into Bhavin. The role will be responsible for overseeing accounting, financial planning, MIS and reporting, banking, treasury operations and compliances across Bhavin’s portfolio of operating companies and investments spanning across the globe including US, EU, Middle East, India and more.
Responsibilities

Accounting: Ensure timely and accurate accounting and reporting consolidation across the group and the relevant holding companies

FPnA: Standardize and oversee annual budget preparation, monthly and quarterly MIS preparation, monthly budget variance analysis and review and presentation of the same

Corp Dev: Work with the Corp dev and Investments team to manage financial aspects of buy and sell side transactions, MnA and debt and capital market transactions including financial modeling and financial due diligence

Tax Planning: Ensure tax efficient corporate structure planning

Process Standardization: Work with the Finance heads of group companies to standardize accounting, FPnA and compliance processes and automation

Treasury Operations: Maximize RoE and IRR on assets under management
Skills and Attributes Required
- Expertise in implementing accounting and MIS leveraging best in class Accounting ERP systems
- Advanced FPnA, MIS and financial modeling skills
- Hands on experience handling financial aspects of MnA transactions
- Deep knowledge of direct and indirect taxes, international taxation, DTAAs, OECD norms, BEPS
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen
Experience and Qualifications
- Rank holder / top acads
- MBA Finance + CFA / CA
- 12+ years work experience in leading Finance functions
- Work experience comprising time at a top accounting firm across a diverse client base followed by corporate experience in the tech or financial services sector is ideal
