Role Overview:

As a Senior Director, Brand Marketing, you drive the brand marketing strategy for our growing suite of products and fintech services. You are an experienced marketing leader in managing teams responsible for customer strategy, multi-brand strategy, market positioning, brand identity, and creative assets. You effortlessly provide vision and direction to senior leadership while translating plans into focused and manageable goals to your direct team. You think big picture, and have a proven track record for driving high impact brand marketing strategies. 

You lead an excellent team to effectively deliver customer and business value. You coach and develop the careers of your direct reports as they hone their craft. You collaborate cross-functionally and cross-culturally to develop strong, trusting connections with stakeholders, uphold and exemplify our company values, and shape the culture within your area.

What you do each day:  

  • Lead brand marketing team to create and shape a multi-brand strategy to optimize our portfolio of brands, features and services including evaluating existing naming, iconography, brand design elements, voice/tone 
  • Manage in-house creative team responsible for design, video and copywriting
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of our customers and their needs through qualitative and quantitative market research, direct feedback from customers, and collaboration with sales, customers success, product and fintech teams
  • Lead strategy to drive brand awareness and increase market share
  • Develop brand positioning, key messaging, and messaging framework 
  • Drive strategy to differentiate our messaging and positioning from the competition
  • Build framework to develop messaging for product releases and go-to-market campaigns
  • Align marketing assets with our voice, tone & brand guidelines (sales collateral, one-sheets, banners, landing pages, emails, scripts, videos)
  • Build brand strategies for cross-channel marketing campaigns
  • Deliver key top-line business objectives, including increasing sales, revenue growth, and customer retention

 

Qualifications: 

  • 10-15+ years of experience in brand marketing
  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in business, marketing, a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • SaaS experience
  • Experience working in a high- growth start up strongly preferred

Location Dependent Information

This role is open to candidates and the expected salary range for this role is $142,000-$168,000 plus bonus. The specific salary for the successful candidate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible to participate in Housecall Pro’s equity plan and the following benefits: health care insurance (medical, dental, vision, disability), employee assistance program, 401(K), flexible time off, paid parental leave, tech reimbursement, and other company benefits.
