Senior Digital Technical Leader

We are looking for a Senior Digital Technical Leader to join our growing team and lead both the design and the technical requirements of the activation journey for a streaming video product. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences and will possess a deep understanding of digital activation strategies across service operator IT software platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background with IT leadership, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proven results mindset for change, innovation, and efficiencies.

This is a full-time, Philadelphia-based position, with the possibility of hybrid work (in the U.S.) and will be a W-2 hourly 8-10 week contract with possible extension.

The hourly rate is $100-$110/hr.  Candidates will be paid within this range based on their work experience and skills. Candidates are also eligible for limited benefits such as health insurance, professional development, trainings, our referral bonus program, and our wellness program.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development, documentation, and implementation of activation strategies to drive user engagement and retention throughout the customer journey.
• Define the technical requirements required to deliver steaming services across existing IT platforms, APIs, and streaming partner systems including PKI tooling required for certification and configuration management for new services activation.
• Analyze user behavior and feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement in the activation process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, design, and marketing to optimize the activation experience.
• Establish API and platform mapping with documentation for customer experience management across the user journeys.
• Utilize data-driven insights to continually iterate and optimize activation flows and messaging.
• Provide for recommendations to line of business executives and IT architects in creating the customer journeys together with a comprehensive set of written technical requirements within scope and budget for the initial project.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital customer experience to drive innovation and excellence.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Business Administration. Graduate degree preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in digital customer experience, with a focus on activation and onboarding journeys in complex IT environments including legacy and new technologies.
• Familiarity with service operator legacy and next generation platforms, interfaces, and integration for scale.
• Proven track record of developing, documenting, and implementing successful IT projects in a fast-paced, consumer-facing digital environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with streaming video products, service operators, and similar digital entertainment platforms is a plus.
