About the role: 

OLIVER is hiring a Senior Digital Project Manager. This role is currently hybrid onsite at the client's office located in Toronto, ON. 

As the Senior Digital Project Manager, you will work with various stakeholders across the marketing department, UX/UI team, and tech team to deliver a first-class experience on our front facing web properties and landing pages as well as CRM/PRM campaigns. You will personally implement front end, CMS level website changes and more across many web properties. This role will oversee projects from briefing through delivery ensuring timelines and deliveries meet internal and external performance demands

What you will be doing: 

  • Attend client kick off, project brief and scoping meetings and participate/lead applicable status meetings  
  • Responsible for all internal communications and day-to-day projects deliverable(s) & management  
  • Build and deliver detailed SOWs for each project including pricing, workback schedules and resourcing
  • Concurrently manage program timelines and overall budget to maintain profitability
  • Manage multiple end-to-end consumer acquisition programs, varying in complexity and including landing page, CRM building and execution  
  • Manage the development of new web/CRM creative concepts with various vendors and internal/external stakeholders
  • High-level knowledge of frontend development required for CRM and landing page builds to keep projects on track and communicate to all stakeholders
  • Work within the command line to push updates to our suite of landing pages
  • Ensure that program brand guidelines are adhered to
  • Work with stakeholders to find high quality web marketing solutions across departments including the brand, tech, UX/UI and creative teams 

What you need to be great in this role: 

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent
  • You have a minimum 5 years industry experience in design, marketing and/or technology
  • Familiarity with web and social media best practices
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive on constant change, be self-motivated, personable, and goal oriented
  • You have experience working within a corporate marketing department or an agency a plus
  • You pride yourself on your Project/Account management skills – details are everything
  • You have a strong understanding of how to manage/handle user data handling, including CASL and consumer data protection
  • Proficiency with WordPress or similar CMS systems 
  • Ability to think out of the box and find creative, unorthodox solutions when needed
  • Must be able to prioritize and handle multiple assignments simultaneously
  • Advanced knowledge of HTML and CSS, experience with JavaScript a plus
  • You have a strong understanding of SEO and CRO best practices a plus
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office and Adobe Campaign Standard knowledge a plus
