Senior Digital Product Manager

Join us as in a newly created role of Senior Digital Product Manager – Product Discovery in our Digital Product team to help ensure our digital ecosystem makes it easy for our customers to find, compare and understand our product offering.

This is an amazing opportunity for a Senior Digital Product professional who is passionate about shaping and evolving the roadmap to ensure it is easy for our customers to find product across our digital platforms and has experience in leading and creating strategies that focus on Product Attribution, Search, Filters, AI Merchandising and Product Storytelling.

• The Hybrid working pattern features a minimum of three days a week at our global HQ in Solihull, UK.

And here’s what we are looking for from you: 

• Proven experience in eCommerce Product Management across App & Web Products, with a focus on product discovery i.e Product Attribution, Search, Merchandising and CMS delivery.
• Proven experience of delivering iterative product launches and AB testing within eCommerce Apps across iOs and Android.
• Passionate about Retail & eCommerce with knowledge of web, app and instore landscapes.
• Knowledge of eCommerce platforms inc. Catalog, DAM, CMS, PIM and AI powered search & Merch tools.
• Strong muti-tasking and project management skills for cross functional work and meeting deadlines.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, proactive and adaptable.
• Ability to prioritize opportunities, consideration their potential and feasibility.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working with engineers and joining technical discussions.
• Self-starter focused on delivering MVP’s that fit long-term vision.
