🏢 ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT:
The Digital Media department sets out to help its hotel clients manage their online advertising campaigns with the aim of increasing the revenue generated on their official hotel websites and its return on investment. Over 3500 hotels already trust D-Edge Digital Media to help them achieve their goals.
D-EDGE has more than 20 years' experience in managing media campaigns for hotels in EMEA and APAC, with a major focus on campaign performance and their return on
investment.
In this objective a brand new integrated platform called «Mediagenius» was launched in 2021 to centralize all the campaigns a hotel might need to do, with extended campaign management and budget management features. A very powerful and unique asset in our industry.
🎯 WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
Main missions:
As Senior Digital Media Consultant, your role is to manage Digital Media campaigns for independent hotels and hotel
chains.
Reporting to the Head of SEA, your main tasks will be to :
- Interact with customers to identify, understand and integrate their objectives in terms of Digital Media strategy
- Implement Digital Media campaigns (SEA, Metasearch, Display), corresponding to the clients’ expectations.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of the campaigns while respecting the Key Performance Indicators, the quality of the service, the budgets and the deadlines
- Ensure the overall profitability of your portfolio
- Work hand in hand with the D-Edge Account Manager and the Digital Media Strategic Consultant always with the objective of customer satisfaction
- Provide strategic recommendations
- Elaborate reportings and analysis
- Share and exchange with Digital Media team on your work
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders : Media partners or suppliers, technical and sales teams
🎒 WHAT YOU’VE GOT IT:
- With a degree from a business school or equivalent, you have at least 3 years of experience in Paid Media, in an agency, or in a major advertiser
- SEA is your core expertise and you are a campaigns optimization expert
- Advanced knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads required
- Experience in tag management is a plus
- Experience in Hospitality / Travel is a plus
- You are familiar with other Digital Paid channels such as Metasearch, Display or Social Ads
- Fluent in French and English
- Computer proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint
- You are organized, team-player and demonstrate an ability to adapt and be flexible.
- You are proactive and can work independently
