Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute strategic marketing projects in B2B segment (doctors) across different channels with the goal of audience building, development, conversion.
  • Design, execute and optimize an amazing Inbound strategy for our B2B segment, exploit our own database in order to generate marketing qualified leads in all stages of the lifecycle.
  • Monitore and analyze qualitative and quantitative data your campaigns bring new leads and how to turns them into customers.
  • Execute and monitoring Email Marketing campaigns, design and implement Automation flows to deliver a great experience to potential customers while generating great leads for our sales force and be able to make up accurate optimization decisions.
  • Coordinate and execute one-shot nurturing campaigns
  • Support and implement a content marketing strategy, focused on attracting, engaging & education of our future and current customers  in all stages of the journey.
  • Own the results of your campaigns working  in cooperation with our performance, content, events and sales team.
  • Collaborate with Global team to deliver projects on time and across countries.
  • Requirements:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing with extraordinary achievements
  • Knows how to execute an inbound marketing strategy focused on growth
  • Used to design and implement high quality marketing campaigns at a very high pace
  • Project management skills with different stakeholders (content, sales, social media manager...)
  • Experience executing email marketing campaigns to nurture leads
  • High level of proactivity and ownership
  • Knows how to execute a marketing strategy (plan channels, investment and execution).
  • English level high enough to communicate in an international environment.
  • Proven experience in B2B
  • Hubspot, Salesforce (CRM)
  • Agency experience is an advantage
  • Capability to meet deadlines and work with KPIs
  • Cross-cultural communication skills and adaptive thinking
  • At least 2 year of experience in Inbound Marketing or LG departments
  • Hybrid work (50% remote)
