Our division "Sportradar ad:s" is providing data-driven marketing and sponsorship services to the iGaming industry, designed to help deliver significant efficiency improvements against marketing investments. The ad:s team develops and provides fully-customizable purpose-built, proprietary tools and services.
THE ROLE:
In this exciting role, you will be helping our clients optimize and elevate their programmatic advertising campaigns. Moreover, you will have the unique opportunity to expand your expertise with our proprietary Demand Side Platform (DSP), gaining valuable experience and learning new skills with cutting-edge technology while working with an international group of team members.

THE CHALLANGE:
- Start managing programmatic campaigns from day one.
- Own the day-to-day management and optimization of programmatic campaigns.
- Use programmatic background and knowledge of DSP capabilities to build smart advertising plans for the client.
- Maintain and follow precise campaign booking and implementation processes.
- Work closely with our account management unit and support them with product and digital marketing knowledge.
- Ensure all media plan requirements are correctly communicated to all relevant teams and entered accurately in the appropriate platforms.
- Support the product teams in improving the customer journey.
- Participate and share ideas in client meetings, brainstorms, and presentations.
YOUR PROFILE:
- 3+ years hands-on experience with programmatic trading on the demand side - no matter on which tech stack
- Prior experience of working in a fast-paced dynamic environment, ideally an agency or consultative background
- Expert understanding of digital advertising business models, and strong technical understanding of programmatic buying and selling platforms, supply management, ad-tracking technologies, ad servers and conversion tracking
- Deep knowledge of programmatic campaign strategy and conversion optimization
- Experience with active client management
- Very good communication skills in English (written and spoken), any other languages (in particular Spanish) will be considered as a plus
- Resourceful, structured problem-solving approach with excellent attention to detail
- Willingness to travel for internal and client meetings according to travel policies
