... and help people fulfil their dream of owning their own home through real estate leasing. How does this work? At OWNR, we buy our customers’ dream property, which they then lease from us. And as with other leasing models, the customer does not bear the financial outlay and take risks, but that the product – i.e. the house or apartment – is first used and tested over a certain period of time. And if they like it, they can buy the property at a pre-agreed purchase price.

We are now looking to hire you to plan, manage and execute our (mostly digital) marketing campaigns across multiple cities in Germany. With at least 5 years’ experience in hands-on digital campaigning (performance based, paid & social, local rollouts), and strong analytical skills for database driven marketing. As we have a highly scalable platform model, part of your role will also be to set up an integrated campaign management and other online marketing tools. Therefore, an agency background or management of agencies in your former job is a plus.

Your Role & Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for managing our marketing budget, managing third party agencies (paid campaigns, creative), and building OWNRs brand presence across social media platforms

  • Analyze marketing and customer acquisition data and provide valuable, data-centric insights, and solutions that impact user journey, lead generation and sales communications

  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) including traffic, acquisition, conversion, and return on marketing investment

  • Design and analyze A/B tests to drive KPI improvements

  • Develop standardized dashboards and ad hoc reports to inform business decisions, with an emphasis on automation and scalability

  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
