The Role:
As a core driver of our growth engine the Senior Digital Marketing Manager will report to the Senior Director of Growth Marketing. Their primary mission is to acquire new customers, create product demand, and drive revenue for our B2C and B2B business lines. They will use their expertise in daily campaign execution and optimizations, testing, and reporting to drive our acquisition success through paid search, social, programmatic and other channels/platforms.

Here's what you'll get to do:

  • Identify and execute specific channel strategies across the paid ecosystem with the goal of reaching target revenue driving goals across both B2B and B2C business lines.
  • Execute large-scale paid search (PPC) campaigns in Google Ads (including Youtube, GDN, Gmail, and Search) and Bing (Search and Display).
  • Optimize performance of SEM campaigns, including account structure optimization, bid strategy, ad copy, keyword expansion, creative, landing page optimization CRO, and account experimentation to test new tactics
  • Management of our paid marketing strategies in other channels (including LinkedIn, Instagram/Facebook Ads, TikTok, programmatic, endemic, etc.)
  • Measure our paid marketing using platform-specific dashboards, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, HubSpot, Domo and Amplitude.
  • Utilize audience segmentation to increase awareness and growth in target segments and drive performance gains across channels.
  • Establish consistent KPIs and reporting cadence to share with leadership.
  • Own budgeting and ROI projections for all paid media channels.

Here's what you'll need to be successful:

  • A strong understanding and demonstrated expertise in the areas of campaign strategy, management, and analytics.
  • Experience in both B2C and B2B marketing.
  • A proven track record managing SEM and digital advertising.
  • Capable of formulating budgets, projecting outcomes, and defining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for programs.
  • Comfortable working with product marketing to ensure consistency of messaging in demand generation campaigns.
  • Passion for staying updated on demand generation best practices and implementing efficient processes.

Here's what you can expect from us:

  • Competitive cash compensation and benefits, the salary range for this position is $125,000 - $140,000 per year. 
  • Colorado Salary Statement: The salary range displayed is specifically for those potentially hired who will work or reside in the state of Colorado if selected for this role.  Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications.
