We're looking for an experienced Senior Digital Designer to join our website team in one of the world’s most exciting technology unicorns and fastest growing global SaaS companies. As an integral member of our wider Acquisition team, you’ll own the design direction of SafetyCulture’s digital campaigns and websites, designing engaging experiences to help drive customer acquisition and improve user experience across all our website assets.
What will I be doing?
- Be the primary designer in a multi-disciplinary squad, with the ability to have lots of influence
- Work closely with the Digital Product Owner, web developers and other key stakeholders to define the road map across our website assets
- Understand website visitors problems through research and data
- Be as comfortable in UX as UI: from running research, to working with developers for pixel-perfect implementation and everything in-between
- Design landing pages, digital campaigns, app-store listings and A/B test materialOwn, maintain and expand on our website design system
What do I need?
- 5+ years demonstrable experience in a similar design role
- You have a keen eye for detail and quality
- You proactively collaborate with others to get their perspective and feedback on your work
- You are an excellent storyteller and can explain design decisions clearly
- You love to learn and are looking to take on more responsibility and grow as a designer
- You are excited to work at a fast-paced growing company and are comfortable with some ambiguity
- In-depth understanding of web accessibility and responsive design
- Experience with working with content management systems or testing software is an added advantage
