Senior Digital Analyst, Digital Acquisition Strategy & Operations (DASO)

• What you will do in this role:

  • Build and maintain a suite of dashboards, report templates, standardized reports to track digital acquisition performance across brand media
  • Build, validate, and refine methodologies to determine roas (return on ad spend) and performance of various marketing efforts
  • Seek to understand, problem solve, troubleshoot, and identify data gaps to better address business questions
  • Collect and analyze large datasets from multiple sources (BigQuery, Snowflake, etc.)
  • Generate recurring and ad hoc reporting to help business partners assess campaigns health and performance

• What you need to be successful in this role:

  • 3-4 years experience in digital/data analytics, marketing analytics, or data science
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills required.
  • Experience with one or more business intelligence/data visualization tools required (Tableau, Power BI or Looker Studio preferred)
  • Experience with SQL strongly preferred, experience with Python a plus
  • Experience with digital media platforms and KPIs preferred (CM360, Social Media, SA360, etc.)
  • Experience with web analytics suites such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
  • A/B Testing knowledge
  • Must be adaptable and inquisitive, always seeking to better understand the utility (and limitations) of the data available.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, self-starter, curious
  • Must be comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment with complex, messy, and imperfect data.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.

  Bachelor's Degree or relevant skill set

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $98,100 - $161,900, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
