Our unique integrated stack of optimized hardware, software, and increasingly AI, coupled with the patient-centric experience of our clinics across North America, have allowed us to lea the charge against “we caught it too late again.” Prenuvo operates preventative screening clinics in Vancouver, Silicon Valley, Dallas, Boca Raton, Minneapolis, Los Angeles, New York City, Bethesda, and Chicago, with more clinics in North America and internationally in the next 2 years.

The Opportunity

We are changing healthcare and bringing a slow moving goliath of an industry into the present while blazing a trail into the future of radiology and clinical operations through software, automation and AI.

We are looking for a Sr. DevOps Engineer

As a DevOps Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and maintaining our automated infrastructure and deployment pipelines. You will work closely with our development teams to ensure that our software is deployed reliably and efficiently. Please note, there will be a Technical Skills Screening test as part of this process.

What You’ll Do

  • Cloud Computing:
    • Manage and maintain our cloud infrastructure in AWS.
    • Design and implement infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform.
    • Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration to ensure consistency and reliability.
    • Plan and migrate existing AWS infrastructure to IaC
    • Optimize cloud costs and performance.
  • CI/CD Pipelines:
    • Build and maintain continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines for our software (GitHub Enterprise / Actions)
    • Integrate automated testing and security checks into the CI/CD pipeline.
    • Monitor and optimize the performance of the CI/CD pipelines.
  • Monitoring and Alerting:
    • Set up and maintain monitoring and alerting systems to identify and address issues quickly.
    • Analyze logs and metrics to identify trends and performance bottlenecks.
    • Proactively identify potential problems before they impact customers.
    • We are potentially going with DataDog.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the development team to understand their needs and ensure they have a productive development environment.
    • Collaborate with other teams, such as operations, engineering, and product.
    • Guide collaboration meetings and provide mentorship to team members.

What You’ll Bring

  • 10+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer, or similar role.
  • Experience with building and maintaining infrastructure as code.
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD principles and practices.
  • 10+ years of experience with AWS cloud computing.
  • Excellent scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools such as DataDog.
  • Experience with SAM, Serverless Framework, Terraform.
  • AWS Certification(s)

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles and practices.
  • Experience in B2C medical health imaging industry or a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL
  • MLOps Experience
  • PACS Systems

  • The base salary for this role ranges from $120,000 - $150,000 in local currency depending upon experience
