This CloudOps Engineer role will primarily be responsible for deploying new customer instances, performing upgrades, and troubleshooting any errors encountered during these processes.
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain mission critical applications running in Microsoft Azure for customers across the globe
- Proactively analyze existing process to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
- Troubleshoot and resolve product deployment and upgrade issues
- Ensure proper security controls are enforced
- Perform scheduled maintenance activities
- Able and be willing to occasionally work during Eastern Time Zone with the North American team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server administration and Microsoft IIS is required
- Hands-on experience with Powershell scripting is required
- Hands on experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure Virtual Machines is required and Azure SQL Managed Instances is preferred
- Hands-on experience with reading and executing SQL queries is preferred
- Experience with managing multi-tenant SaaS applications is strongly preferred
- Understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, Ansible, Terraform, and Git is strongly preferred
- Ability to work in a rapidly evolving environment, effectively balance multiple priorities, work with cross-functional teams
