Requirements
Keywords is looking for a highly motivated ServiceNow Senior Developer for an enterprise ServiceNow Delivery team. You would be working as part of a global team responsible for the ongoing support, development and enhancement of the ServiceNow platform at Keywords Studios, however, you must also be happy to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Broad understanding of platform concepts and capabilities including, Server and Client-side scripting, REST APIs, Flow Designer, Portal, Integration Hub, CMDB/CSDM, Now Intelligence etc.
- Deep understanding of at least two ServiceNow capabilities (previous installation experience and/or certification highly desirable) and may become an SME for them within the team. However, you will also be required to learn new ServiceNow products/technologies as necessary. Training will be readily available, but there will be times when you need to support/enhance functionality that you don’t have experience of, therefore, a proven ability to learn quicky using your own initiative is essential.
- Ideal candidate should be comfortable to be customer facing at times and be experienced in presenting technical subjects to all levels of the enterprise and to all levels of understanding and thus require good written and verbal communication skills.
- Participate at all stages including requirements, design, technical reviews and delivery.
- Mentor other members of the team and other teams in the organisation who have opted to take more technical ownership of their functional areas.
- Interface with third-party implementers at times, ensuring that they deliver value for money by balancing their efforts with your internal contributions.
- Keep up to date with the latest ServiceNow technology and apply best practice to your work with reusability, scalability and technical debt in mind.
- Work will be carried out in a hybrid agile/waterfall manner.
Requirements :
- Implementation certification (or proven implementations) of ServiceNow products/capabilities a bonus.
- Experience of the following SN products a bonus: ITOM, ITAM, SecOps, LSD, IRM
- 5+ years’ experience of ServiceNow platform development required
