The ZeroFox brand marketing team is at the forefront of creating, designing, and building an industry-leading digital business for the world’s leading external cybersecurity platform. We are up to something extraordinary and are seeking a curious problem solver to join our team.

As our Senior Designer, you’ll support our hybrid marketing team with design efforts from concept to launch. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, collaborative and thrives in an environment where there is always more to do than people available. Role and responsibilities

  • Present creative concepts and big ideas to partners, key stakeholders, and leaders
  • Turn marketing/sales requests into engaging creative that drives results
  • Design world-class creative to support our web efforts, demand generation programs, sales support, corporate swag, events, and more
  • Create print, digital, motion, and production design assets to support marketing activation
  • Turn conceptual ideas into intuitive and elegant web interfaces and stay up-to-date with UX/UI trends
  • Lead strategic creative concepts and tactics that align with project goals and campaigns
  • Work on an agile-inspired sprint cycle, collaborating with the product team, development team, and other designers and stakeholders
  • Create prototypes from wireframes to high-fidelity designs to articulate vision and evaluate various solutions
  • Understand user research and user-testing to validate designs and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Manage projects and brand standards with external partners including agencies and freelancers. Coordinate and help to oversee the work of external design partners and agencies

Required qualifications and skills

  • Bachelor's degree in design, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 6-10 years of print, digital, motion, graphic design experience
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • A collaborative and proactive communication style
  • An intrinsic motivation for lifelong learning
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and communicate clearly
  • Ability to design and refine processes to maximize production output
  • Ability to collaborate with the product team, development team, stakeholders, and other creatives  to design and launch new experiences
  • Expertise using the Adobe Creative Suite, the Google Suite, and Figma
  • Ability to understand project requirements, ask for clarity as needed, deliver, and present design concepts
  • Experience turning analytic insights into action
  • A portfolio to showcase your design experience and visual design skills
  • Proven skills in motion graphics and branding
  • An ability to prioritize workload and deliver results accurately and on time
  • Ability to turn marketing/sales requests into engaging creative that drives results
  • Ability to provide, receive, and apply creative feedback
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with cross-functional partners

Other Information

  • This position may entail up to 10% travel
  • This role is based out of our office in Baltimore, MD (hybrid)
  • This role requires occasional work on nights and weekends as needed.
