About the Role  

Ogilvy Vietnam is seeking a talented and passionate Senior Designer to join our growing creative team. With 3+ years of experience in the advertising industry, you will play a key role in developing and executing visually stunning and strategically sound creative solutions for a diverse range of clients. You will be responsible for leading design projects from concept to completion, collaborating with art directors, copywriters, and account managers to deliver exceptional work that exceeds client expectations.

What You’ll Do 

  • Responsible for producing all the creative ideas and all audio-visual outputs
  • Complete the Client's daily creative design work independently.
  • Search for material and visual references for the team during the creative preparation process.
  • Have good time management skills and be able to complete work on time.
  • Skilled in relevant design software, with preference given to proficiency in a particular skill.
  • Possess knowledge of production, printing, and digital media, and supervise on behalf of the company and Clients when necessary.
  • Familiar with trends in the design arena and enjoy sharing with colleagues.
  • Responsible for creative and effectiveness recognition at local and international awards competitions and new/existing business growth.
  • Basic knowledge of animation principles and able to create video and motion assets, using After Effects and Premiere

What You’ll Need  

  • You are a driven designer and a proactive team-player with at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in mainstream design software.
  • You have a keen eye for detail while also keeping the bigger picture in mind.
  • You get enthusiastic about brilliant design, and you are broadly interested in tech, culture, and film.
  • You are passionate about working with people, contributing as part of a team, and making others around you (and their ideas) that much better.
  • Open and curious mindset, pragmatic attitude, and a hands-on mentality.
  • Able to communicate effectively in English.
