Why we’re hiring this role?
We’re not just a cybersecurity company; we’re pioneers looking to redefine the digital frontier, and we believe design is at the heart of this mission. • Translate complex cybersecurity topics into clear, compelling visual narratives that resonate with our audience, supporting our marketing and educational efforts.
  • Ideate campaign visuals and execute designs to pixel perfection, managing projects seamlessly from initial concept through to completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, understanding project impacts and managing time and quality expectations to meet business objectives.

What we're looking for?

  • A minimum of 6+ years of experience in a mid to senior-level design role, with a portfolio showcasing the ability to deliver high-quality design across various mediums.
  • Strong communication skills, with the capacity to set realistic expectations and manage timelines and feedback effectively
  • Proficiency in creating vector illustrations, demonstrating an ability to convey complex concepts through clean, impactful, and visually appealing graphics.
  • Expert knowledge in industry-standard design software, including Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Familiarity with editorial and print design best practices, with a focus on layout, typography, and colour usage to ensure high-quality print outputs.
  • Proven ability to design cohesive campaigns that maintain visual consistency across multiple mediums, including print, digital, and social media.
  • Ability to engage with and enhance design systems, maintaining consistency across digital and physical mediums while contributing to the evolution of our brand's visual language.

What will give you an edge?

  • Experience creating engaging web layouts and graphics, enhancing user experience and visual appeal across digital platforms.
  • Prior experience in the SaaS industry, bringing a unique perspective to our design challenges.
  • Proficiency in Webflow.

What's in it for you?

  • Hybrid or Remote: you choose.  While we have offices in Sydney & Hobart, we don’t mandate how often you need to be there.  We focus on what you deliver, not where you deliver it from.
  • Impact: Influence the direction and design of projects that push the boundaries of your field and see the impact of your work daily.
  • Be part of an energetic team: Our team is highly collaborative, fostering a positive work environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
