Senior Designer

This role is part of our Creative and Media team based in Amsterdam. Our team is a vibrant mix of talents, ranging from Creatives, Brand Strategists, and Influencer Marketers to Account managers, Producers, and Video editors. As a creative digital marketing agency, we mix old-fashioned creative storytelling with the best of what today’s technology has to offer to deliver exceptional and engaging digital experiences that build lasting relationships with our clients like Bol.com, Philips and Grolsch to name a few.

JOB PURPOSE

As a Senior Designer, you play a key role within our team, handling projects for our A-brands and elevating them alongside our creative teams. You are a design thinker, not just an executor—curious, flexible, and passionate about all aspects of design. You understand how to work within a client's framework while pushing creative boundaries. Proactive and a team player, you inspire the team with your innovative design ideas.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop strong conceptual work with clear rationale.
- Manage and oversee design projects for your clients.
- Maintain high quality while working efficiently.
- Review and guide the work of junior and mid-level designers.
- Be a flexible team player, providing support as needed.
- Stay updated with trends, industry developments, and tools.
- Coordinate and deliver major design projects and campaign toolkits.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

-Proven experience of 5+ years in Design.
-A strong portfolio showcasing both print and digital work; motion design is a big plus.
-Ability to elevate a design brief to the next level.
-Strong presentation skills, both internally and client-facing.
-Proficiency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
-Decisiveness and great attention to detail.
-A curious and open-minded personality.
-A flexible team player.
