We are looking for an individual with a passion for graphic design, to join our team in Madrid:
- Oversee design projects, from conception to delivery; conceptualize visuals based on requirements
- Understand initiatives, strategic positioning and target audience
- Understand client brief and ensure brand consistency throughout all projects and ensure the final graphics layouts are visually appealing and meet client’s brief
- Schedule projects and define budget constraints
- Design original pieces, including illustrations, infographics, creations for social networks
- Refine images, fonts and layouts using graphic design software
- Apply typography techniques
- Support on new business presentations (design + creativity)
- Supervise, motivate, and guide the team, distributing tasks effectively to ensure a positive and productive work environment
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools
Requirements
- 5 / 6 years relevant experience in Graphic Design (Valuable experience in agencies in the sector)
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or postgraduate related to Graphic Design
- Use of graphic Design tools (Adobe Creative or similar)
- Command English and Spanish
- Strong client focus and flexibility to work in dynamic environments
- Creative, problem-solving and results oriented
- Other skills that may be valued:
- Motion Graphics design and animation.
- HTML programming skills
- Wordpress knowledge
- UX / UI expertise
