Role Description
As a Senior Design Strategist with a background in the financial services industry, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing projects at the intersection of design, business, and product development while advocating design values and processes. You will be involved in the entire product conception, ensuring projects meet the standards of quality, punctuality, and efficiency. Your expertise in process establishment and improvement will be essential in delivering innovative and impactful design solutions.

Requirements
Education: Educational background in Design, Business, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in design strategy, consulting, project management within the financial services industry.
