Role
As a Senior Design Specialist, this role will be overseeing all visual aspects of our brand and ensuring consistency across all communications. This role will have the opportunity to bring a unique perspective to the table and make a significant impact on Gapstars creative direction.
Primary Tasks and Responsibility
Responsible for developing and maintaining a cohesive visual identity for the brand, ensuring consistency across all communication channels, including print, digital, and social media.
The ability to cater to visual requirements at an international level focused on global markets (Europe and APAC in particular)
Responsible for creating and overseeing branding design for events, ensuring that our brand presence is prominent and aligned with the overall aesthetic.
Take the lead in web and UI design, working closely with the development team to create engaging and user-friendly digital experiences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and development, to align creative strategies with business objectives.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design techniques to continually elevate our creative output.
Direction for photography and video to suit the creatives for the Gapstars marketing communications.
Take lead in creative direction, concept development, creative task management and be responsible of overall visual quality control.
Responsible to moderate, mentor, train and guide junior resources.
