Role Purpose
The Senior Design Executive plays a pivotal role in driving the brand's creative vision within the Marketing Operations department. This position requires a highly creative individual with a strong focus on innovation, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills. The Senior Design Executive will lead the design process, ensuring that all creative outputs align with the brand's goals while fostering a culture of creativity and innovation within the team. Additionally, this role requires proficiency in creating and editing video content, ensuring that all multimedia assets are engaging and on-brand.
Job Description
Creative Direction & Innovation: • Lead the development of creative designs that innovate and align with the brand’s goals. • Foster a creative environment that encourages innovation and the generation of fresh ideas within the design team.
Stakeholder Engagement: • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, ensuring design outputs meet or exceed expectations. • Present creative concepts to stakeholders, effectively communicating the vision and strategic rationale behind design choices.
Presentation Skills: • Present creative concepts and design ideas clearly and persuasively to internal teams and external stakeholders. • Adapt presentation styles to suit different audiences, ensuring all stakeholders are engaged and aligned with the creative vision.
Video Creation & Editing: • Develop and edit high-quality video content that aligns with the brand’s visual identity and messaging. • Manage the end-to-end video production process, from concept development to final editing and delivery.
Design Tools & Digital Media Production: • Use advanced design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite to create a variety of digital media assets, including graphics, web content, and videos. • Oversee digital media production, ensuring consistency and quality across all platforms.
Agile Project Management: • Apply Agile and Scrum methodologies to efficiently manage design projects and deliver high-quality work on time. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all design projects are completed within scope and on deadline. .
User-Centric Design & Feedback: • Incorporate user feedback and behaviour into the design process to create user-friendly and compelling visual content. • Continuously seek and integrate feedback to refine and improve design outputs.
Quality Assurance & Brand Consistency: • Implement and maintain QA processes to ensure all design outputs meet the brand’s quality standards. • Ensure all creative work is consistent with the brand's guidelines and contributes to a cohesive brand image.
Time Management & Multi-Project Handling: • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met. • Prioritize tasks effectively to maximize productivity and deliver high-quality work on time.
