GA-CCRi maintains and deploys production systems for users across the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, and commercial industry. We build and develop best-in-class all domain and globally focused situational awareness capabilities, including THRESHER and DRAGONSPELL, that process petabytes of data from numerous streaming data sources in near real time. Our systems apply state-of-the-art algorithms and machine learning techniques to extract features and fuse data from multiple phenomenologies to form a rich live view of objects in the sky, on the sea, and on the ground. These analytics are designed to determine not just where something is, but what it is, where it's been and what it's doing. GA-CCRi is searching for a Deployment Strategist to drive mission success for our customers by applying data, operational expertise, and GA-CCRi technologies to their hardest problems. You will work with customers in high-stakes environments to ideate solutions and activate technical teams to rapidly deliver “Data to Knowledge” for intelligence professionals. This position demands a combination of technical acumen, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of intelligence and operations.
Duties and Responsibilities
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with intelligence operators, analysts, and decision-makers to understand mission needs, operational workflows, and technology gaps.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, fostering partnerships to align platform capabilities and data with organizational objectives.
Solution Deployment
- Plan and execute deployment strategies for software platforms, ensuring seamless integration into operational environments.
- Oversee installation, configuration, and testing of systems to meet mission-specific requirements.
- Provide hands-on technical support during implementation
Training and Enablement:
- Develop and deliver tailored training programs to ensure end-users can effectively leverage software tools.
Continuous Improvement
- Collect and analyze feedback from users to identify performance enhancements, new feature requests, and usability improvements.
- Collaborate with product development teams to prioritize and implement updates based on operational needs.
Data Strategy and Management
- Advise on best practices for data ingestion, management, and visualization to maximize platform effectiveness.
- Ensure adherence to data security and compliance standards within intelligence environments.
Change Management
- Drive cultural and organizational change to promote adoption of new tools and workflows.
- Address resistance by articulating the value of software solutions in enhancing mission outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Analytics, Intelligence Studies, or related disciplines). Advanced degrees are a plus.
- Proven experience in deploying innovative software solutions within intelligence, defense, or other mission-critical environments.
- Experience in military or IC compartmented activities; mastery of intelligence operations workflows
- Fluency in web-based intelligence tools and databases available through SIPR and JWICS
Skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to complex challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in technical tools and platforms relevant to intelligence work (e.g., data analytics, visualization tools, or secure systems).
- Knowledge of cloud-based architectures, cybersecurity principles, and integration methodologies is highly desirable.
Desired Experience
- Experience with SOF, SMU, Special or Technical Units of Federal Law Enforcement
- Working knowledge of USSOCOM and Inter Agency/Intelligence Community
- Experience with Agile or DevOps methodologies.
Work Environment
- Travel: Willingness to travel to support deployments, training, or stakeholder engagement as needed. Willing to travel to customer locations globally for 50-75% or time.
- Hybrid work arrangements may be considered depending on client and project requirements.
