This is your chance to step into a leadership role on our Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) team. You’ll be leading a talented crew of demand planners, helping them grow and exceed expectations. We’re all about improvement, and you’ll be driving change, collaborating across teams, and spotting opportunities to elevate what we do. 🚀
What you'll do:
- Lead and inspire our demand planners, providing coaching, guidance, and mentorship to unlock their full potential.
- Own Emma’s S&OP process, analyzing sales data and pulling in insights from all stakeholders.
- Work closely with country teams, marketing, and operations to make sure customer insights drive our forecasts.
- Partner with the Supply Planning team to ensure our demand plan aligns with supply, keeping inventory levels in check.
- Always be on the lookout for ways to improve and push forward continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stay ahead of the game by tracking market trends, competitor activity, and external factors that impact demand planning – adjusting forecasts as needed.
Who we are looking for:
- You have solid experience in demand planning and S&OP processes.
- You’ve got strong leadership and team management skills.
- You know your way around forecasting tools and methodologies.
- You’re analytical, love digging into data, and have a knack for solving problems.
- You communicate and collaborate effortlessly across teams, and your English skills are top-notch.
