Senior Demand Generation Marketing (B2B)

TLDR

Lead the demand generation marketing efforts utilizing digital and high-touch programs to build a qualified pipeline for the Talent Search product and enhance conversion rates.

As a senior demand generation marketing, you primary responsibility will spearheaded marketing team and close collaboration with the product team to generate a qualified leads pipeline through a combination of digital and high-touch marketing programs for our Talent Search product. 

You will work on moving leads through the funnel with marketing activities and closing the loop with insights and feedback on the ground.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include executing a variety of field marketing initiative to bring new leads into the funnel, and accelerating in-funnel leads scoring (qualified leads)

  • Be responsible for building a revenue pipeline for our new brand through marketing efforts including content, digital marketing, email campaigns and outbound marketing.
  • Identify and experiment with potential channels (free and paid one), campaign forecasts, tactics, and channels that can unlock a new source of growth.
  • Scaling both potential and proven channels to deliver revenue growth at the highest level of efficiency.
  • Perform marketing efforts from content creation to nurture email campaigns, including lead warming and scoring, lead management, etc.
  • Enhancing in-funnel leads scoring process.
  • Improve in-funnels conversion rate.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to analyze product growth needs.
  • Develop new growth marketing strategies to achieve growth targets.
  • Additionally, you will act as the advocate for customer needs within targeted market, ensuring that marketing strategies are aligned with customer requirements.
  • You’ve held a senior role for at least 4 years in digital marketing with B2B SaaS experience, preferably in a tech startup or the human resource industries.
  • Proven track record in building demand generation programs with demonstrated and impactful results in pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Hands-on expertise in managing diverse marketing channels (free and paid one) with justified results in vital metrics.
  • Enthusiastic and motivated self-starter with a proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while having attention to detail.
  • An excellent communicator and team player.
  • Have experience in supervising a team will be beneficial.
  • Willing to accept new challenges in growing new product.
  • Strong business sense and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable with data and able to drive analysis and generate insights with minimum supervision.
