The Opportunity

We're at an inflection point in our growth journey. Having recently closed a Series B, we're moving from the "build stage" to the "growth stage" with a focus on finding "go-to-market fit." Our goal is to predictably land and expand customers at scale, and we need a growth leader to help us get there.

In this role, you'll be a core part of our newly formed marketing team, driving lead generation and conversion optimization to fuel our sales pipeline. You'll report to the Head of Marketing and work closely with sales, product, and our content team to create a repeatable, scalable growth engine.

Requirements

What You'll Do

  • Lead demand generation: Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns, including account-based marketing, to drive qualified leads for our sales team
  • Own performance marketing: Manage paid acquisition channels (SEM, social, display) to efficiently acquire new prospects, continuously improving CAC and conversion rates
  • Optimize the funnel: Analyze the full marketing and sales funnel to identify bottlenecks and opportunities, implementing tests to improve conversion at each stage
  • Improve our marketing infrastructure: Help ensure our marketing tech stack enables proper attribution, and create dashboards to track performance
  • Manage external growth partners: Leverage contractors and agencies to scale your impact

What We're Looking For

  • 5-7+ years of of demand gen or growth marketing experience in B2B SaaS, preferably with experience at early- to mid-stage startups
  • Experience standing up new demand generation or growth programs
  • Strong viewpoints on what works in B2B growth, but you're not precious about them — you love to challenge your own assumptions through rapid testing
  • A mix of analytical and creative. You're willing to try fresh approaches that might just change how marketing is done in our category
  • Proven track record of driving measurable results through multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions and articulate ROI
  • Experience managing meaningful budgets for paid acquisition and optimizing for efficient growth
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools

Location

This role is based in our New York or Toronto offices. We follow a hybrid work model with 3 in-office days Tuesday through Thursday.

The compensation range for this role for Toronto based candidates is $68,250 - $147,000.
