We are looking for a passionate and experienced (Data/AI) Head of Solution to join our growing Data/AI transformation services. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of business development executives and data consultants to deliver innovative data-driven solutions to our clients. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing our data/AI transformation service strategy, and for staying up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in the field.

Job Descriptions/Responsibilities 

• Team Leadership:
  - Leads and manages a cross-functional team of business development executives and data consultants.
  - Mentors and coaches team members for growth and development.
  

• (Pre-sales) Project Management:
  - Leads and manages pre-sales activities for data/AI projects.
  - Identifies and defines client needs and translates them into actionable data/AI solutions.
  - Conducts feasibility studies and prepares project proposals.
  - Estimates project costs and timelines.
  - Participates in client presentations and pitches.
  - Coordinates with internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  
• Solution Delivery:
  - Designs, develops, and deploys data-driven solutions using a variety of tools and technologies.
  - Ensures the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of data/AI solutions.
  - Stays up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in data science and AI.

Requirements

• Education:
  - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  - A Master's degree in Finance or MBA is a plus.
  
• Experience:
  - Minimum 5 years of experience in a data science or AI role.
  - Proven experience leading and managing a team of 5 or more people.
  - Strong experience in designing, developing, and deploying data-driven solutions. Also experience with large-scale system architecture and solution design.
  - Proven experience in pre-sales or business development for data/AI solutions.
  - Experience with a variety of data science and AI tools and technologies, including but not limited to:

- Machine learning
- Deep learning
- Natural language processing
- Computer vision
- Large Language Models (LLMs)

• Skills:
  - Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  - Ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  - Proficiency in English.
  - Basic understanding of business and financial concepts.
