  • Developing general strategic specifications for the provision and identification of data for logical data models and structures.
  • Developing assessment and steering tools for various data sources to provide the required data records.
  • Developing data models and steering the implementation of the models in collaboration with the business and the data teams.
  • Carrying out complex analyses of data from various sources to integrate analysis results into existing solutions and business processes (identifying trends, patterns, predictive models).
  • Devising decision-making proposals and recommended courses of actions; presenting and discussing the results at management level.
  • Assuming E2E responsibility for strategic data science projects, from taking stock of requirements and advising through to go-live.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a comparable qualification and already have minimum 4 years of professional experience as data analyst / scientist.

Furthermore, you distinguish yourself through the following knowledge and skills:

  • Excellent programming skills in Python paired with strong hands-on experience with Python libraries for data manipulation, esp. Pandas, NumPy.
  • Outstanding analytical, mathematical and problem-solving skills, solid knowledge in descriptive and inferential statistics.
  • Expert knowledge in Data Visualization with libraries like Seaborn, Matplotlib, Plotly, graphviz etc. and tools like Tableau, PowerBI.
  • Advanced knowledge in classical Machine Learning approaches and models (Random Forest, Gradient Boost, …).
  • Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong knowledge in UML and data modeling.
  • Strong customer-oriented working mode, ideally experience in HR / employee survey domain.
  • Self-responsibility and independent working principle, experience in international Scrum teams.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills in English. 
  • You are flexible for business travels.
